Shipping:

We mostly ship via United States Postal Service. We ship both to International and National destinations. Our specializiation is international shipping and working with international customers. Usually we have 2-3 days handling time, especially for our international customers, sorry for the inconvenience. Returns:

We would be glad to accept a return from you for any kind of problem that you had with the product. We have a 30-day return/exchange policy (since the day the order was placed) and $5 handling fee for all returns.
